This is an in-person event built around what it takes to deliver middle housing in Regina. Come to learn about developing middle/infill housing and have a chance to ask questions about topics such as: what infill housing is and why it matters; regulations and approvals affecting housing in Regina; strategies to support residents and developers interested in building much-needed housing; and actionable steps for making infill housing a reality. Don’t miss this chance to engage with experts, share ideas, and imagine the future of housing in our city.

mddl (pronounced “middle”) is an expert in middle housing, with a collective track record of delivering hundreds of homes in established neighbourhoods. We’ve made many mistakes and learned from them, we’ve celebrated successes, and most importantly, we’ve realized that to make a meaningful impact, we can’t do it alone.
