About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Get ready for a transformative experience! In this workshop, you'll create your own beautiful Mandala on paper, after a calming meditation. Discover the incredible power of Mandalas and the magic of crafting with intention. Plus, you'll learn a quick meditation that you can practice anytime you need a moment of peace. Art supplies will be provided during this session, but you're welcome to bring your own markers, watercolor and pencils.

Throughout this journey, you'll also receive the healing energy of Reiki, enhancing your experience and protecting the beautiful artwork you'll create.

This event is proudly supported by the Neighborhood Small Grant initiative and Mount Pleasant Neighborhood House, as part of a community meditation program designed to connect people and promote well-being.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to explore creativity, mindfulness, and connection with others in the neighborhood. We can’t wait to see you there!
