Hi, I’m Andrea, and I’ve always been passionate about the healing power of creativity and nature. With over 20 years of experience in mindfulness and creative arts, I guide individuals to reconnect with themselves through peaceful, reflective practices. My goal is to create a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can explore art as a tool for self-expression, relaxation, and inner balance.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the calming influence of nature and the ability of colors and creativity to support emotional well-being. Whether I’m leading meditative walks, guiding creative workshops, or working one-on-one, I’m here to help you slow down, reflect, and find peace through mindfulness and art.

No matter your artistic experience, my approach is about creating without judgment and letting your intuition guide you. I look forward to sharing this journey with you, where nature and creativity come together for a truly relaxing and enriching experience.
