About Leanne Monaghan:

Leanne, now 60 and in the best shape of her life, has triumphed over cancer and managed challenges like thyroid and menopausal issues. Having firsthand experience with the difficulties of aging, she was determined to overcome cancer by complementing conventional medicine with a holistic approach to healthy living. Embracing clean eating, hydrotherapy, detoxing, and Pilates, she has been cancer-free since 2003.

Growing up in a family affected by alcoholism and addiction, Leanne understands the impact of these challenges and has faced her own struggles with weight and addiction. Today, she uses food as fuel, medicine, and enjoyment, transforming her life and body in the process.

Leanne is now a Peak Performance Coach who helps women and men transform their bodies, minds, and souls by creating a new model for living. Through her coaching and boutique-style fitness club, she has empowered hundreds of women to elevate their lives.
