Memorial Service for Jackie Herner

Reservations are required at the funeral home due to COVID-19 contact tracing.

When booking reservations please have the following information for each guest attending:

• First and last name
• Phone number (cell phone or home phone is acceptable)

Due to the restrictions on funerals/visitations we have a few guidelines in place:

• Masks are now mandatory at all visitations and services. If you have a mask, we ask that you bring it with you (we will provide a mask if you need one).
• Proof of double vaccination with photo identification will be required to attend.
