Menopause Speaks #2: Hot & Bothered

Due to overwhelming demand for tickets to our inaugural event in October, we are back with the second Menopause Speaks #2 "Hot and Bothered" where we explore what happens after we were younger, skinnier and hotter!

What is actually happening, when and why in perimenopause and menopause. What to expect when you are or are NOT expecting it! Join us for this taboo shattering workshop. We will be exploring how to navigate your relationship with yourself, your body and other people during this era of going where you have never gone before.

Deborah Knight is the forthcoming Author of "Menopause Speaks: Transforming the Taboo. Courageous Conversations about Change." Deborah realized that she had an important vulnerable story to share of her own, about her first person experience with cancer and surgical menopause. She is building the Menopause Speaks Community so we can find the power and courage to improve our lives in a chorus of voices. Deborah is the owner of dkpr public relations inc. and for the past 24 years works with celebrities, high profile business owners, politicians and entrepreneurs on raising their public profile, personal branding and media training.

Robbie Spier Miller is an expert in human behaviour and performance. She has helped thousands of people learn how to use their subconscious minds to get their goals. She herself has experienced hormonal challenges in the midst of navigating her career & relationships, and she has worked with many clients having similar struggles.
