Bridges for Women Presentation

The holiday season can be stressful for many, filled with both bright spots and challenges. It often feels loud, hectic, and overstimulating, leading to loneliness, economic pressure, and anxiety. Interactions with family can also trigger past traumas or involve toxic dynamics. Since everyone experiences the holidays differently, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to managing this stress. We'll introduce a few techniques for you to try and keep what resonates with you.

Learn:

  • Grounding techniques
  • Identifying stressors/reactions and trauma responses
  • Learning about boundaries
  • Self-care
  • A guided meditation
