Novembers Theme: Rebuilding a Positive Consciousness of Self after Sexual Trauma

Experiencing sexual trauma can significantly impact our self-esteem and sense of self-worth. Traumatic events can shatter our confidence, leaving us feeling vulnerable, powerless, and unworthy. However, it is possible to rebuild a positive sense of self and cultivate resilience in the aftermath of sexual trauma.

Through discussions and creative art activities, we will explore the relationship between sexual trauma and self-esteem, understand its effects on self-perception, and provide strategies to help rebuild self-esteem after a traumatic experience.
