Delivery Methods: Instructor-led, in-person (live classroom) training or Online in virtual classroom format
Course Fee: $295 CAD per person + HST (Virtual classroom), $345 CAD per person + HST (Bring your own device for live classroom courses) or $395 CAD per person + HST (Avantix Learning provides device for live classroom courses)*
Alternate Course(s): This course is equivalent to day 2 of the Microsoft Word: Intermediate / Advanced course.
Virtual Classroom: Virtual classroom courses are led by a live instructor and run from 9 am to 4 pm (Eastern Time) with a 15 minute break in the morning and in the afternoon and a 1 hour break for lunch.
In-person (Live Classroom) Course Location: Our live classroom courses are offered in downtown Toronto at the Toronto Eaton Centre or at 18 King Street East, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (some Avantix Learning courses may be held at an alternate downtown Toronto location). Location will be confirmed when you register.
Prerequisite: Microsoft Word: Introduction or equivalent knowledge and skills.

Public scheduled courses are delivered as live instructor-led classroom training or virtual classroom training (as indicated). Bring your own device rates apply to live classroom courses. Some courses / formats may have a minimum enrollment requirement.

During this hands-on course, students will work with some of Word’s more advanced features – styles, templates and tables of contents. Styles will be created to automate formatting and then tables of contents will be generated with page numbers and hyperlinks. Students will modify styles and tables of contents and then update documents to reflect the changes. Templates will be created to include frequently used styles and table of contents formats. Throughout this course, the instructor will include numerous tips, tricks and shortcuts. Each student will also receive a full course manual.
