Immerse yourself in a serene sanctuary of sound and stillness with our midweek reset event at iava wellness.  Join us every second Wednesday at 7:30 pm for an indulgent journey into deep relaxation and rejuvenation.


Guided by Dagmar Sanchez, a Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer, who has been empowered by this holistic and transformational approach to uncover her true life's purpose, her dharma. Through practices such as yoga, reiki, and sound healing, she has embarked on a journey of self-discovery and now generously shares the wisdom she has acquired along her path.


This 75-minute session combines the gentle practice of Yoga Nidra, a pinch of Reiki energy, with the therapeutic benefits of a Sound Bath.  Allow the soothing vibrations of sound to guide you into a state of profound tranquility, where stress melts away and inner harmony is restored.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be experienced at yoga to attend?

No you do not, yoga nidra is a meditation while lying in a restorative position. There will be no movement or exercise throughout the workshop.

What do I need to bring?

We recommend a yoga mat (we have extras if you need as well), water bottle, comfortable clothes to wear, favourite blanket if you wish.

Can I attend a sound bath if I am pregnant?

Unfortuantely no, the vibrations and noise are not advised while being pregnant.
