Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Yoga matt/cushion/pillow - water bottle - comfortable footwear (optional) - journal +pen, if desired - open heart and mind .

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes - ideally with layers to wear warmer clothes for stillness times and less for higher movement times - may want to bring comfortable footwear, if desired

Do I need to be good at dancing for ecstatic dance?

Ecstatic dance is about you moving the way you feel called to move and in whatever way feels right for you. This is meant to be an experience free from judgement or expectations. There is no right or wrong (while respecting those around you) and all are welcome.

What if I want to come to one part but not the other?

This evening is set up in a way for you to easily come to the first part or the second part - if either section isn't your jam, there is no pressure to come to both. Prices are adjusted accordingly.

Where is it ?
