As a student of life! I’ve studied and practiced mindfulness, meditation and yoga for over 20 years, through these practices I was able to transform immense personal grief and hardship into a mission to help others find healing and inner peace. I’m grateful for all the teachers in my journey that helped me to build resilience and strength. I am ready to share my experience and knowledge with those who are willing to take responsibility for their own well-being by applying these practices , it is my way to honor my journey and those who have moved on.
