On Sunday Oct 20 in BMO Atrium from 8:30 am – 9:30 am. All participants must bring a yoga mat with them to each class. Limited drop in spaces available on a first come first serve basis.
With nearly 15 years of yoga practice, Sanaz has delved deep into the profound connection between life force and the physical body.
