Introducing our event host:
Reina Ying is a dedicated practitioner certified in the art of Yoga and the healing power of sound, with a background in Reiki. Orginal from Hong Kong, she is Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Reina can switch between languages to support students during the session. With a wealth of experience and a nurturing spirit, every session is crafted to create a space where mind, body, and soul unite for profound relaxation and renewal.

A serene journey of gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and calming stretches designed to ease stress and bring balance to both body and mind. You'll find a welcoming space to connect with yourself, release tension, and experience the restorative power of yoga in a warm, nurturing environment.
Not at all! We've got you covered. We'll provide mats, cushions, and bolsters for your comfort. If you'd like, feel free to bring your own eye mask for an even more immersive experience. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to relax and unwind.
This session may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have severe health conditions, recent injuries, or respiratory concerns. Those with balance issues or medical conditions that limit movement should consult their healthcare provider before attending.
You can reschedule your booking by emailing us at yogacats.ca@gmail.com up to 12 hours before the session. No rescheduling within 12 hours of the session unless in exceptional cases, subject to approval. Sessions can be rescheduled within 60 days. After that, class fee will be forfeited.
Once the deposit has been arranged, no refunds can be arranged. You can reschedule your booking up to 12hours before the session.
