Frequently asked questions

Do I have to register to take the tour or can I just show up?

You must register through Eventbrite to take the tour. Due to the limited number of people we can take on a tour, we will not accept walk-ins.

How many people can I bring with me?

Just one. If you are bringing someone with you, you must purchase a second ticket for them. Your ticket is good for one registration only.

Can I bring my child with me?

No children are permitted on the tour. We are also unable to provide childcare for you to attend the tour.

Can I take photos on the tour?

Photos are not permitted, to respect the privacy and safety of our patients and staff.

Where can I park?

The hospital parking lot is accessible off 87 Ave. The easiest way to park is using the Honk app, Zone 9141. Parking is $5/hour or $2.50 for 30 minutes. If you don't have the app, you can use coins or a credit card at one of the parking machines.

Do I need to bring anything with me for the tour?

No, just yourself and any questions you might have.

How early should I arrive?

5-10 minutes before the tour starts would be ideal, so we can begin on time. There is heavy construction both around and in front of the hospital, so please allow for extra travel time to arrive on time.

Do I have to wear a mask on the tour?

Wearing a mask is optional at the present time. If this directive changes prior to your tour, you will be notified. If you are coughing, sneezing, or have any flu-like symptoms, please strongly consider rebooking your tour - we will work with you to find another date.
