As a certified personal trainer and pre + postnatal fitness specialist, she empowers busy moms and women to embrace fitness as a way of life. Her signature Mommy Movement classes empowers moms to move and strengthen their body in a safe and inclusive environment where babies are welcome! And when she’s not raising our heart rates, she’s raising the next generation, her 4-year old daughter and 1-year old son.
