We offer you an inviting space to find enjoyment in moving your bodies to empowering music. This class is for women of ALL types and a place where you're encouraged to be true to yourselves and show up as you are.
- The class is composed of 60 minutes of movement (easy to follow dance choreography, body weight, HIIT and yoga) followed by ten minutes of stretching and savasana.
- All the moves can be modified to to make them more or less challenging to accommodate various fitness levels and injuries.
- All you need to bring is a water bottle, yoga mat and comfortable clothes to move in. Barefoot or clean runners are welcome.
- The music is all individually picked and choreographed for specific movements, lyrics and feelings. 90% of our playlist is composed of female artists with motivating and empowering lyrics to ignite the fire within.
