Mothercraft Ottawa: Baby's Here! Now What?

This class was designed to compliment our prenatal class and is best suited for people in the 3rd trimester. Evidence based research and best practices guide the topics that should come in the instruction manual with a new baby, but don't! Newborn care and safety, reading infant cues, attachment parenting, mindful parenting tips, and hands on activities help prepare you for life with a new baby. This class will also provide an introduction to the many benefits of infant massage. Handouts and contact with your instructor via telephone/email to answer any additional questions, included.

We require 2 weeks notice in order to obtain a 100% refund.
Less than 2 weeks notice, 50% refund only.
No refunds will be given to participants who do not attend.

Please note: Class lengths are approximate and are determined by the number of participants in attendance.
As there is no official lunchbreak during this workshop, participants are encouraged to bring snacks and see to their individual needs as they arise.
