Mountain biking is fun and let's not be panting like a dog in the Spring, so let's get a head start on your season! This is specifically tailored to mountain bikers of all levels, focusing on the exercises that will strengthen your body and sharpen your skills for the season ahead. Plus your coaches will incorporate mountain bike skills that relate to the exercises.

During these sessions, you'll work on:

  • Core Stability: Essential for maintaining balance on uneven terrain.
  • Lower Body Strength: Build power for climbs and stability for descents.
  • Upper Body Strength: Develop control for handling technical trails and endurance for longer rides.
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Improve your range of motion to navigate tight turns and unpredictable terrain.
  • Cardio & Endurance Training: Boost your stamina for those long, rewarding trail adventures.

Each session combines functional fitness, strength training, and mountain bike-specific exercises to ensure you’re trail-ready when the season begins. Plus, this program is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other riders and become part of a supportive community.
