Join us for an immersive workshop on movement, body awareness, and mindset. Hosted by Jessica Taylor, hypnotist and Clinic Director of Pleasant Hypnosis, this event features special guest Erica Trivett, Osteopath and owner of Fairview Osteopathy.

Together, we will explore how movement shapes our mindset and unlocks potential for personal growth, health, and well-being. Through interactive exercises and expert insights, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and practical tools to bring more awareness and ease into your daily life.

Jessica Taylor is a human behavior expert, hypnotist, and the Clinic Director of Pleasant Hypnosis in Vancouver, BC. With extensive experience using the Master Hypnotist Society method, NLP and Advanced Hypnosis techniques Jessica empowers clients to lose weight, stop smoking, let go of stress, develop healthier, more empowering habits, and unlock their full potential.

Erica Trivett is an Osteopathic Practitioner and Feldenkrais Method® practitioner based at Fairview Osteopathy on West Broadway. With a rich background in classical ballet and an extensive career in dance and movement, Erica brings a unique perspective to her practice. She continues to share her expertise by teaching movement both in-person and online through Feldenkrais Method® - Awareness through Movement (ATM™) lessons.

Erica is passionate about empowering individuals with tools for better auto-regulation, health management, and graceful aging. She is excited to introduce participants to new perspectives on movement and body awareness. On January 18th, she will also be teaching alongside Marla Waal and Anita Sui as part of the Ballet BC Move program in an event called Dance Again Movement.
