Gary Diggins and Jackie Maric bring an array of contemplative and contemporary soundscapes to this gathering.

This offering of Music as Medicine is designed to guide receivers into a nourishing state of being through vocal and musical improvisations.

Participants stretch out in our cozy studio space (you can also sit in a chair) while the Soundwork Practitioners generate therapeutic textures and tones in and around individuals.

Receivers, over a 90-minute cycle, move through various encounters with their inner world in terms of images, sensations, memories, and more. The sonic creations help cultivate an overall sense of wellbeing.

Gary Diggins originated Soundwork as Soulwork and has been in private practice for over 40 years. He is the author of five books and has worked internationally as multi-instrumentalist. Gary teaches at various expressive arts institutions.

Jackie Maric has been practising Soundwork for over 13 years, under the mentorship of Gary Diggins. Jackie has also studied with Chloe Goodchild and her Naked Voice programs. She offers private sound sessions, Usui Reiki Levels I & II and incorporates her regular practice of Mindfulness.
