Cathy will help each of you individually if you're stuck or if you need more instruction.

This workshop makes a GREAT Mother’s Day present as your ticket includes free admission to explore the village. Village opens at 11:00 a.m. so bring a picnic lunch and explore before the workshops starts at 1:00.

Cost: $70.00 - Materials are included in the price. This includes wool, 2 needles, and a wool felt sheet with the drawing on it. Foam felting pads are provided for students to use during the workshop and can be purchased separately.

Cathy sculpts her unique creations by connecting wool fibers: whether it’s stabbing wool with a barbed needle OR using hot water and agitation. She's been an artist her entire life working in craft, digital art, and hand drawn illustrations. She likes working with wool because it’s organic, making each creation unique. With a love for animals and the outdoors, felting was an obvious choice for her as an artistic medium, because she can sculpt nature art using natural materials. She enjoys spreading the love of felting through workshops and DIY craft kits. Cathy's been needle felting since 2014 and teaching to eager students since 2016.
