A nerdy flea market to buy, swap, and sell USED geeky goods. Bring your USED anime, comics, manga, tabletop games (board, role-playing, card, and miniature war games), video games, cosplay/costuming, Japanese fashion or other merchandise from related interests to sell in a garage-sale setting. Presented by The University of Toronto Tabletop Gaming Club.

We are using Eventbrite as a gauge of interest and reminder system for Nerd Market. Please note that Eventbrite ticket holders do not gain priority access in line for Nerd Market 5.

This year we’re setting aside 10 tables specifically for individuals who did not sell last year.

These tables will be available to people who were not primary or secondary sellers in 2024.

You cannot add a primary or secondary seller from 2024 as a secondary seller in one of these “non-2024 seller” tables.

The remaining 34 tables are eligible for 2024 sellers, as well as individuals that didn't sell at Nerd Market 4.

We are committed to new sellers attending Nerd Market and appreciate your understanding.

Have a geeky eyesore you don’t want anymore? One nerd’s trash is another’s treasure! Place your items on our freebie table for anyone to take free of charge. Anything left after Nerd Market's closing hours will be donated to the University of Toronto Tabletop Gaming Club.

This event is designed to act as a garage sale for individuals to sell their USED goods. We are not a “dealers room”. There are currently no plans for an artist alley, community tables, or anything other than garage sale spots.

Parking:

The closest lots to Hart House are:

- Lot A - Myhal Centre (55 St. George Street)

- Lot B - Physics (60 St. George Street)

- Lot P - 107 St. George Street (107 St. George Street)

- 90 Wellesley Street West (90 Wellesley Street West)

- Faculty of Law (78 Queen’s Park Crescent)

Please note that these lots require some walking to Hart House. There are also other lots on campus, so checking the map above may provide you with a lot you can park at on your way in, and then walk over to Hart House.

Due to wait times to enter the event we recommend that you purchase enough parking to account for delays. It could take up to an hour. Please purchase your parking time accordingly.

We recommend taking the TTC unless you anticipate making very large purchases. The closest TTC stations to Hart House are Museum and St. George. You can make use of taxis/rideshares with the drop off point near Hart House (there might be increased traffic in the Hart House vicinity due to the event).

Membership is $20, open to the general public, and is valid until April 30 of each year (March and April registrations last until April of the following year). Some of the benefits of University of Toronto Tabletop Gaming Club membership:

Accessibility:

The layout of Hart House's Great Hall doesn't feature a ramp. Three of the tables at the event will not be fully accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience, but 90% of the event will be accessible. If you need an accessibility accommodation please let a staff member of the University of Toronto Tabletop Gaming Club know, either at the event in-person or via email before the event.
