About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

This 2 hour guided breathwork + soundbath meditation is an invitation to relax your body, shift your energy + align with your personal power.

One of the most powerful benefits of breathwork and sound healing, is that they give you an immediate energetic upgrade. This session will be a powerful connector back to your own centre, where you can access all of the wisdom and clarity you need as we step into 2025.

What to expect from this breathwork soundbath meditation:

  • This time is 100% for you, to land in your body and explore the ways your breath and the frequency of sound, can help you to re-align with your internal wisdom, guidance and clarity.
  • This will a sensory experience, where you’ll be guided to shift into deep states of relaxation.
  • The style of breathwork offered is called circular breathing. We'll connect the inhale with the exhale, breathing in a circular pattern, through an open mouth the entire time.
  • We'll demonstrate the technique and guide you through the experience. No prior experience is necessary.
  • Hands-on facilitation will be offered throughout the session, to all who want it.
  • If there's anything coming up in your life that you're claiming for 2025, please consider the intentions you'd like to bring to the session to make this experience extra potent. And then see where your own body and spirit guides you.
  • Every group brings a unique energy. When we gather in community, we become witnesses to one another's highest possibilities.

Protocols

  • Try not to eat a big meal right beforehand or drink caffeine. Highly recommend no alcohol for 24 hours before.
  • Wear comfy clothes and layers. People tend to get either cold or really warm up during the practice.
  • Bring a pillow, blanket, water bottle, yoga mat and journal.
