Yaletown Loft Experience

The Yaletown loft is a serene and intimate space designed to welcome a small, exclusive group. The loft offers a peaceful retreat high above Yaletown, with city views and a calming atmosphere that feels worlds away from the everyday. The energy here is rich, nurturing, and alive, offering a safe, sacred environment where real connections are made. It's not just about the meditation; it’s about the experience, the space, and the people who come together, each gathering a product of divine timing.

Herbal teas are served to deepen your meditation practice, creating the perfect space for reflection and sharing. We believe every word spoken may be what someone else in the room needs to hear, reinforcing the belief that nothing here is by accident.

As the setting is so personal and curated, advance registration is required to ensure that every participant is part of this exclusive, energetic circle. This is a completely different experience than a large studio setting—it’s a special place where transformation unfolds naturally and beautifully, surrounded by the energy of a select few.

Kasia's Breathwork has been inspired by ancient Pranayama techniques, designed to harmonize the body and mind. This practice incorporates rhythmic, controlled breathing alongside specially produced music featuring binaural beats and healing frequencies. It aims to support a connection with the divine, helps balance energy and enhances meditation.

Who Should Avoid Breathwork:
While this breathwork is designed to be safe and accessible, certain individuals should consult their healthcare provider before participating. These include:

  • Those with extreme COPD or other severe respiratory conditions.
  • Pregnant individuals (as breath retention or intense breathing may be contraindicated).
  • People with serious cardiovascular conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Individuals with a history of seizures or epilepsy.
  • Those with psychiatric conditions that may be destabilized by altered states of consciousness.

For anyone who cannot fully engage in the breathwork practice, gentle alternative techniques will be offered to ensure a safe and supportive experience.
