About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

During a new moon, the energy around us is heightened, amplifying our inner states and intentions. This is a powerful time to connect deeply with ourselves and clear any stagnant energy, as the moon’s energy enhances our capacity for release and renewal. In this special new moon pranayama session, we’ll harness the lunar energy with ancient yogic breathing techniques, sound healing from singing bowls and a gong, and the mindful presence that microdose tea can offer. Together, these practices create a harmonious space for introspection, healing, and transformation. Through small, potent shifts in breath and awareness, you’ll deepen your connection with yourself and the present moment.

This experience is designed to balance your energy, reduce tension, increase presence and elevate your sense of well-being. Guided pranayama exercises will be harmonized with sound healing, offering a supportive environment that encourages relaxation and personal growth. Whether you’re new to these modalities or seeking to deepen your practice, this event provides a sanctuary to recharge and blossom.
