Year End Event
The end of the year is a spiritually significant time, symbolizing both completion and new beginnings. It’s a natural moment to reflect on the lessons and challenges of the past year, release what no longer serves you, and create space for fresh intentions. Energetically, it aligns with the stillness of winter, encouraging deep introspection and renewal.
Meditation, sound healing, and breathwork are especially powerful during this time, as they help cleanse stagnant energy, balance the nervous system, and align your vibration with your highest intentions. Coupled with the collective energy of global reflection, this period offers a potent opportunity to reset, detoxify on all levels, and step into the new year with clarity and purpose.
Flow of the Evening
This three-hour journey offers a deeply transformative experience, blending guided meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to nurture clarity, healing, and connection.
The session begins with a welcoming circle, a guided meditation, and intention-setting to create a safe and focused space for your journey.
Next, you’ll transition into a powerful breathwork meditation, using conscious breathing techniques to unlock new levels of awareness, release tension, and promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Following the breathwork, a sound meditation immerses you in the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and vocal toning, tuned to 432 Hz—believed to harmonize with the natural rhythms of the Earth.
The experience concludes with a sharing and closing circle, offering time to integrate and reflect on your journey, leaving you aligned, grounded, and renewed.
Important Information About the Evening
This three-hour journey is designed to create a safe and supportive environment for healing and self-discovery. The practices used, including guided meditation, breathwork, and sound meditation, can evoke profound physical and emotional releases, such as muscle contractions, tingling sensations, or sweating. While these experiences are normal and often part of the healing process, breathwork may not be suitable for everyone.
Certain aspects of breathwork, such as breath retention and rapid breathing techniques, may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions. These include pregnancy (due to reduced oxygen supply), COPD or severe asthma (as rapid breathing can strain the lungs), cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure (due to fluctuations in blood pressure), epilepsy (as breath retention can trigger seizures), and severe mental health conditions like PTSD or psychosis (as altered states may feel overwhelming).
For those with these conditions, alternative practices such as diaphragmatic breathing, pursed-lip breathing, or gentle nostril breathing will be provided to ensure a safe and beneficial experience.
If you have concerns, please contact us before booking. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibility for participation.
