About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join a small group of people with a shared goal: Deciding how to show up in 2025 in a way that's more you.

We'll be setting goals, setting boundaries, and shifting our habits to make the year ahead work for each of us. What we won't be doing is buying into advice that makes us shrink ourselves or act against what we need to survive and grow.

There are no gurus or magic solutions here. Instead, we'll be creating space and a supportive environment so that you can decide what it means to show up for yourself in 2025. What will you uncover by investing three lunch hours in yourself and your mini coaching community?

We'll get together at the Builder's Club in downtown Kitchener for three group sessions:

  • Friday, January 10th from noon to 1pm
  • Friday, January 17th from noon to 1pm
  • Friday, January 24th from noon to 1pm

IMPORTANT: One ticket provides access to all three sessions. (Sadly, tickets for multi-day events aren't available on this platform.) Please save all three dates in your calendar.

Each session is facilitated by me, Sarah-Beth Bianchi. I am a certified coach, and will guide the sessions using coaching best practices. I'm endlessly curious about what makes each person tick and thrilled to help folks find those ah-ha moments that let them move forward on their own terms.

Frequently asked questions

What do I have to bring to the sessions?

Bring a notebook, pen, and a willingness to reflect and explore.

Is there pre-work or homework for the sessions?

Yes! Before each session, I'll send materials to help you gather your thoughts and collect information so that you can make the most of our sessions. Use these materials in the way that makes sense for you. Nobody is checking homework!

Do I have to attend all three sessions?

The group coaching session is designed to build on the insights of all three sessions. If life happens and you happen to have to miss one, email sarah-beth@sbbcoaching.ca and I can send some materials to help you prepare for the next session.

What is the Builder's Club and how do I get in?

Builder's Club is a coworking community based in downtown Kitchener. Located at 165 King Street West on the 3rd floor above Cocoon Apothecary and Libro Bank. Signs will be posted with the dial code to call up for access to the inner offices.

Is the space accessible?

The event is hosted on the 3rd floor of the building. There are stairs or an elevator to directly access the space. The sessions take place in a meeting room with overhead lighting and a whiteboard and projector. Email sarah-beth@sbbcoaching.ca and we will make a plan to meet your needs.

Can I bring food to this event?

You are welcome to bring food and drinks if you want to eat lunch while we're in session. There is a kitchen on site with dishes, a kettle, and a microwave. Plan to come a little early if you need to prepare food. Sessions start promptly at 12pm.

Can I participate remotely?

This event is in person. A separate event is available for remote participation. Email sarah-beth@sbbcoaching.ca if you can't find that session on Eventbrite.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds, less an administration fee, are available until 7 days prior to the first session.
