🌟Join us Sunday, January 26th from 3:30PM - 5:00PM @ Stretch Vancouver for a New Year Sound Bath Meditation with Yin Yoga & Reiki.

🪩This sound bath meditation focuses on giving thanks to 2024, clearing any past energy we no longer would like to hold onto, allowing us to hold space for clear intentions + plant energetic seeds for manifestation in 2025.

🧘🏽‍♀️The symphony of sound begins with gentle 20-min Yin Yoga by Karina. Lindsey will lead you with light breathwork into a guided New Year meditation journey. This sound bath will host a harmonious range of high-frequency instruments including, 432-hertz crystal alchemy bowls, ocean drum, 528-hertz crystal triangle and more.

❤️‍🔥Invoking the ancient art of Reiki, those who are seated in the front will receive gentle hands-on touch, and others will receive reiki by distance to purify, balance and rejuvenate your energetic being.

🌟Through this journey you will experience deep transformation and self-discovery, leaving with a feeling of a renewed sense of inner peace, inspiration, and harmony in your personal energy field and the world around you.💕
