Join us on Wednesday, January 1 at the quaint and charming Cooper Memorial Hall for this soul-nourishing event.
We open the session with a relaxing guided meditation and gentle sound. Following the meditation, the nurturing vibrations and healing frequencies of sound will be played in the hall and around your body, fully immersing you in this unique sensory experience.
Bask in the deep and earthy rhythms of the Remo Bahia Buffalo Drum, the high vibrational frequencies of pure quartz frosted and alchemy Crystal Tones singing bowls, the mysterious tones of the stunning Desert Rose Grotta Sonora Deep Gong, the soothing night waves of the Remo Ocean Drum, the sparkling Zaphir chimes and the delicate and dreamy Song Pod.
Upon completion of the Sound Bath and Guided Meditation, we offer time for grounding and reflection with herbal tea and dark chocolate. Please bring a journal if you feel prompted to do so.
