The Rhoda Foundation is a centre for personal, spiritual, and community development.

WHAT IS 'ISLAMIC SPIRITUAL WELLNESS?’ 

Islam literally means to be in harmony with the Divine. This harmony is achieved through a process of development. Islamic Spiritual Learning is that process of personal, spiritual, and community development. 

We learn in many ways including service to our fellow human beings, relating more authentically to one another, listening and sharing, engaging in the arts, and practicing meditation and prayer. 

The Rhoda Foundation: Sufi Garden for Spiritual and Community Growth is here to revive the opportunity for people to access this holistic, all-round experience of learning-as-development. For anyone who attends even one event, our hope is that learning will feel like discovery of the sacred that lies all around us and within each of us.
