How long is the session?

The session will be 45 mins long

Do I need to bring anything to the session?

Yes! Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle

What does the session focus on?

Mostly core, glute and leg workout with an emphasis on postural correction. Resistance bands will be provided for the session.

Do you allow late arrivals?

In order to enhance class experience, we will start on time, any late arrival will be denied entry.

Is there any discounts for this class?

Yes there is! The first 5 people to register will get a 10% discount.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of a snow storm, session will be rescheduled and participants may choose a full refund or a rescheduled class.

Where exactly is the session located?

The session will be held at Ottawa Public Library - Nepean Centerpointe, Meeting Room 1B. If you're unable to find the room, please find a librarian and ask them for Meeting Room 1B.
