Join Horizons and The Wellness Project for Nintendo Switches parties Tuesdays bi-weekly: January 21, February 4, 18, Mar ch 4, & 18, 2025.

We connect TVCC's Nintendo Switch consoles to two big screens for everyone to play together. We have a few games to choose from, or youth are also welcome to bring any multiplayer games they'd like to play with the group.

Through this program, youth will:

  • Practice social skills through turn taking, group activities, and peer connection
  • Boost their self-confidence
  • Improve communication skills through shared activities and cooperative play

Participant Criteria:

  • TVCC clients and their siblings ages 12 yrs+
  • Able to participate in group activities and discussion with minimal support; participants are welcome to have a support person present to assist them
  • Interested in Nintendo Switch/video games

This program is facilitated by TVCC's Horizons Youth Program and TVCC's Wellness Project. The Wellness Project is a three-year program aimed at rebuilding and enhancing mental wellness for youth and their families.
