About this event

Join the Horizons and the Wellness Project teams for Nintendo Switch parties this spring! We connect TVCC's Nintendo Switch consoles to two big screens for everyone to play together. We have many games to choose from, or youth are also welcome to bring any appropriate Switch games they would like to play with the group.

Through this program, youth will:

-Practice social skills through turn taking, group activities, and peer connection

-Boost their self-confidence

-Improve communication skills through shared activities and cooperative play

Participant Criteria:

TVCC clients and their siblings ages 12+

Able to participate in group activities and discussion with minimal support; participants are welcome to have a support person present to assist them

Interested in Nintendo Switch/video games

We are excited to have you join us. If you have any questions or if there is anything you would like us to know that will help make this program successful for you, please reach out to Derek Neeb at Derek.Neeb@tvcc.on.ca
