About this event

Women's roles in agriculture have been historically overlooked despite their significant contributions to the industry and roughly 31% of agricultural operations in Canada being female-led. We strive to give thanks to these hard working women and we are thrilled to be hosting the Northern Women in Ag Conference, which provides a luxurious and educational experience for all attendees.

This event offers a comprehensive and informative event spanning over 1.5 days designed to covers a wide range of topics, including inspiring stories of powerful women carving their own path in Agriculture, mental health and more. Four experienced female speakers from various fields will come together to share their insights and experiences, providing valuable knowledge to help women succeed in the agriculture industry.

The conference also offers a curated female-focused booth fair, multiple delicious meals, and engaging networking opportunities. It's a chance for women in agriculture to connect, share their stories, and learn from each other in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Peace Country Beef & Forage Association is thrilled to be back for the second year in a row hosting the Northern Women in Agriculture Conference. This is a must-attend event for any women looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in agriculture while enjoying an informative, motivational and empowering experience.
