Welcome to the Nova Scotia Community Housing Capital Fund (NS-CHCF) presentation webinar registration page.

The Nova Scotia Community Housing Capital Fund (NS-CHCF) provides community housing organizations in Nova Scotia with access to capital grants for the acquisition of existing residential buildings. This fund was created by the Government of Nova Scotia in collaboration with the Community Housing Transformation Centre to support the growth of the non-profit and co-operative housing stock. In addition, it aims to preserve existing affordable rents and prevent the displacement of tenants living in them.

The NS-CHCF will also help eligible organizations in obtaining financing through the Community Housing Acquisition Program (CHAP) and other financial institutions.

Bienvenue sur la page d'inscription au webinaire de présentation du Fonds en capital pour le logement communautaire de la Nouvelle-Écosse.

Le Fonds en capital pour le logement communautaire de la Nouvelle-Écosse (FCAP-NE) offre des subventions en capital aux organisations de logement communautaire de la Nouvelle-Écosse en vue d’acquérir des immeubles d’habitation existants.

Ce fonds a été créé par le gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Écosse avec la participation du Centre de transformation du logement communautaire afin de soutenir la croissance du parc immobilier du logement à but non lucratif et coopératif. Il vise aussi à préserver les loyers abordables existants et de prévenir l’éviction des locataires les habitant.

Le FCAP-NE aidera également les organisations éligibles à obtenir un financement par l’intermédiaire du Community Housing Acquisition Program (CHAP) et d’autres institutions financières.
