The Oakville Wine Enthusiasts Club is pleased to welcome you to a "Masquerade Gala"!
Your ticket includes a sparkling wine cocktail hour, seated dinner with curated wine selection, live dance music, wine and beer stations open all night, and a late night snack.
Back by popular demand - a stationary appetizer buffet during the cocktail hour!
Enjoy the various wine and beer stations situated throughout the venue prior to sitting down for your three course meal, paired with red and white table wine. After dinner, refill your glass from any of the wine experts around the venue and get ready to dance the night away! The exceptional Andre Bisson Band will delight with many of your favourite dance tunes from yesterday and today. It's sure to be a night to remember and a fantastic way to kick off the holiday season!

Advance ticket sales only; no ticket sales at the door. Tickets are non refundable. You must have either a printed copy of your ticket or electronic ticket available for entry to the venue.
Important Ticket Information
This is a reserved seating event using a table map seating plan. Eventbrite does not enable the choice of seating on the table map when purchasing tickets using a mobile device; if you use a mobile device you will be given best available seating only. To choose your own seats you must purchase your tickets using a desktop or laptop. Choose "table map" and discard the pre-assigned seats by pressing the "garbage can" icon. Then choose the seat(s) at the table you want and proceed to the payment page. If you are unable to find the seating arrangement required for your entire party (ie not enough seats together), please contact the Club directly to see if accommodations can be made. Tables sell out fast, so be sure to buy your tickets early!

Yes! There will be 2 bottles of white and 3 bottles of red on each table selected to complement the meal.
Yes! Each station will have order forms available. Just speak to the representative; they are more than happy to talk about their offerings and even happier to take your order!
Yes! Just select all the seats at the table you want from the seating map (follow instructions in the "Important Ticket Information" in the event description above). Make sure you know their meal choices as you will be required to fill those out for each ticket.
Unfortunately no, you cannot make any changes or substitutions to the menu choices.
Yes, there is parking but the lot fills up fast. Consider carpooling, taxi or Uber. Don't drink and drive.
This is a formal event. The theme is "Venetian Masquerade" ; masks are optional.
