Starting with gratitude and an opening ceremony, we will learn about our sacred medicines and participate in a smudging ceremony.

Ending the experiential workshop with gratitude and teachings of the day.

About this event

Community members are invited to join Indigenous knowledge keepers to connect with and learn about Indigenous Culture and from the land, Mother Nature.

From Smudging Ceremonies, Traditional Teachings, and Learning from our Medicine Walks, participants will be engaged in a variety of activities that will help them to connect, learn, share and improve overall well-being with Indigenous ways of knowing.
