Come join us for a community workout session hosted by Off the Dribble in partnership with Alex Capeles of Caplock Athletics! Both sessions consist of a one-hour workout designed to improve your mobility with a mix of exercises designed to help basketball players and general athletes feel their best.
Due to limited spots, we please ask that you only RSVP if you know you can make it. If you can no longer make it, please cancel your ticket or email mbesana@lululemon.com No-shows will no longer be able to participate in such events until 2025.
