I am a changemaker. I am able to put myself in the shoes of multiple stakeholders. I am a great listener and communicator and I am deeply observant of what is left unsaid.

I leverage creativity and strategy to change your business so that it creates better value for your customers. My work bring bring ease and flow to people and projects. Ease and flow is a result of connecting people with goals, processes, systems, and technology.

I hold a BA and MA from the American University of Beirut, and I have studied at the Lebanese American University, and at Concordia University In Montreal. I lived in 3 different countries with totally different cultures and worldviews, and crafted a combined background in Communications, Business Marketing, Change Management, Education Studies, Event Management, Theater & Stand Up Comedy which distinguishes me as a one-of-a-kind creative explorer.

With over 20 years of knowledge and expertise in creative leadership, including a decade in Lebanon at the American University of Beirut, and another decade across multiple industries and different businesses in Montreal, I specialize in executive coaching and facilitating organizational transformations. My unique hybrid approach is a result of horizontal education spanning different disciplines between social sciences and arts.

I help organizations reframe their futures by applying foresight, wonder and rigor to amplify growth and business value.
