🌺 Get Ready for a Voyager-Inspired Adventure at the Royal Ball! 🌺

This year’s Royal Ball theme is going to be extra special with a Voyager Princess theme that promises to bring the magic of the islands to life!

What to Expect:

  • A Fully Decorated Ballroom: Step into a world inspired by Moana, filled with tropical beauty and island charm. 🏝️
  • Meet Your Favorite Characters: Get ready to meet all of your beloved characters for magical photo ops and meet-and-greets!
  • Live Show: Enjoy a new and improved interactive performance that will bring the spirit of the island to the stage, featuring captivating music and storytelling!
  • Fun Activities: Participate in a variety of themed activities that will keep everyone entertained throughout the day!

We are also proud to continue our tradition of giving back this year! This event will continue to proudly support Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Sudbury, helping to make a difference in the lives of local youth!

This will be a day filled with magic, wonder, and unforgettable memories for children and families alike!

This year’s Royal Ball will feature several exciting changes based on the valuable feedback we received from last year’s event. We are shifting away from having seated tables and instead focusing more on the show and activities to create a more interactive and engaging experience. There will be chairs available on-site for those who wish to take a break from standing, but we encourage you to be prepared for a more dynamic, movement-filled event. Additionally, meals will no longer be included at the event. We kindly ask that you eat lunch before attending, as this change will help us keep ticket prices affordable for families. Treats and healthy snack options will still be available for purchase at the venue. The show portion of the event will be extended to 1 hour and will include a new story theme, sing-along, new interactive games, and some exciting NEW interactive dance activities. We look forward to offering an even more magical experience with these changes!

Included in your General Admission ticket is:

- Entrance to the Royal Ball

- Meet and greets with all your favourite characters individually

- a professional sing-a-long show, storytelling & group games

- Royal dance party


Included in your VIP ticket is:

-VIP meet and greet + group photo with the characters (Your early entrance time slot will be sent to you in advance)

-Guardians who purchase VIP tickets for themselves will be given an additional photo per VIP ticket purchased (example: 1 family photo + 1 child alone photo)

-Personalized VIP surprise bag (Guardians who specify their additional VIP ticket is for them, will be given an adult VIP surprise bag)

- Entrance to the Royal Ball

- Meet and greets with all your favourite characters individually

- a professional sing-a-long show, storytelling & group games

Some activities at the event are not included in your ticket price and may cost extra such as makeovers, crafts, carnival games, vendors, candy bar, merch booth, and additional activities that may get added throughout the planning process. These activities can be purchased with activity tickets. We Bring the Party activity tickets are $1 for 1 ticket and activities can range anywhere from 1 ticket to 10 tickets. Big Brothers Big Sisters will have their own ticketing system.


By participating in any events planned and run by We Bring the Party, you agree to the following:


We Bring the Party, including but not limited to the staff, owner, advisory, volunteers, sponsors and venue holders, assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise. The attendee assumes all risks when participating in We Bring the Party events. All participants must use care and good judgment and must obey all rules and regulations of We Bring the Party. We Bring the Party reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to a refund. You give We Bring the Party authorization to use and post photographs, video’s, or recordings taken throughout the event. You will not be entitled to any compensation for use of those images. We Bring the Party events have a no refund policy. Please be advised that this event will be required to follow provincial regulations as announced.


NO REFUNDS. In the event you are unable to make the event, we encourage you to give or sell your tickets and inform us the full name and email of the individual purchasing your tickets. In the event something arises and the event is required to be postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new event date.

Does the VIP ticket include the tiara crowning?

No ticket includes the tiara crowning ceremony. This ceremony can be purchased separately through the Add on's section. A new addition this year is that VIP tickets now include the personalized treat bag.

What is the dress code?

We encourage all kids and parents to dress in their favourite costumes or dawn their fanciest royal attire! This includes the whole family.

Is the royal ball mainly for girls?

At the royal ball, we make sure everyone is included. This event is not specific for just princesses, we also see many prince's and kings come through our doors.

Why did ticket prices change?

We understand that times are tough, which is why we altered the event to accommodate a lower ticket price. We are happy to announce that our General Admission tickets are $13 cheaper per-ticket than last year! As well, our VIP tickets now include the personalized surprise bag and a VIP group photo!

Do both parents and kids require tickets?

Yes, every individual entering the hall requires a ticket.

are babies free to enter?

Infants 11 months and under in a carrier are free to enter the hall with the purchase of an adult ticket. Anybody looking to bring an infant must reach out to info@webringtheparty.ca in advance to reserve a space, as the hall capacity is very limited.
