What to Expect:
- Registration: Once you sign up, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your itinerary and a liability waiver to sign before you arrive.
- Arrival: Get here between 7:30 and 8:00 AM for a warm welcome and a tour of our beautiful farm.
- Meet & Greet: Drop off your belongings in our cozy studio and join your group and facilitators for a friendly greeting circle. We’ll provide small notebooks for you to jot down your intentions and thoughts throughout the day.
- Morning Yoga: Kick off the day with a refreshing yoga session led by certified instructor Laurie Boilard. Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee and local tea afterward.
- Climbing Adventure: After a safety briefing from our expert climbing instructor, head out to a beginner-friendly cliff for an exhilarating 3-hour climbing session. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the mountain top with stunning valley views.
- Cool Down: On your way back, take a dip in our refreshing pond to cool off.
- Horse Time: Back at the farm, spend quality time with our horses in the breezeway. Groom them and learn about their healing energies from our animal communicator.
- Closing Circle: Share your thoughts and reflections in a closing circle. Then, take some time to wander around the farm, soaking in the tranquility.
