About this event
- Event lasts 3 hours
It’s a pleasure to invite you to this gathering of diverse and open-hearted people doing work for our communities, cultures and spaces of reprieve. In this time of deep societal grief and genocide, we need each other on an ever deeper level. This meet-up is about just that: community, connection, and sharing our healing energy with one another while breaking bread together. As we come together, let us refuel each other intentionally and proactively.
We’ll be discussing topics relating to Black, Indigenous and collective mental health and wellness, authentic allyship and how we can better support each other. We will also share our knowledge, experiences, and challenges so that we can learn from one another. Together, let us create a space of understanding as humans.
We continually seek to find balance within ourselves and share it with our clients, regardless of the industry and so invite you into discourse to make our way together. May we inspire each other to bring forth our authentic selves in order to cultivate more meaningful connections with one another to then share the benefits with everyone.
Join us to celebrate the power of collaboration and collective wisdom. There is tremendous value in sharing our stories, our journeys, and our lessons. This is why we are here.
Multiple course dinner will be provided. Meals are developed with health, respect for our land, and cultural connection in mind. We will be able to accomodate to specific dietary needs with advanced notice.
