Frequently asked questions

Is this an escape room?

This is an outdoor escape room. It has all the challenges, story and excitement that your would expect of an escape room, but played outdoors, where we are not bound to four small walls.

Is there an actor in the game?

Yes! Special Officer A. Gent will meet you in person at the start point, and will be your guide throughout. He won't be present the whole time, but you will rendezvous with him throughout.

Where does the game start?

The starting point is Parc des Amériques at the corner of Rue Rachel and Saint Laurent Blvd. GPS co-ordinates 45°31'05.8"N 73°34'54.9"W.

Can I get the bus to the start?

Yes. The 29, 55 and 363 go to Saint-Urbain / Rachel or Saint-Laurent / Rachel. Then it is only a couple of minutes walk to the start point.

Can I drive to the start?

Yes. The nearest parking garage is on Mont-Royal / Clark. Then it is only a few minutes walk to the start point.

Can I cycle to the start?

Yes. There are plenty of secure bicycle racks at the start point. There are also BIXI dock right next to the park on St-Dominique / Rachel. ,

Can I helicopter to the start?

Yes. The nearest public helicopter parking is at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. It's then just a 4h 44m walk to the start point.

Is the game wheelchair/mobility scooter accessible?

Yes. We have designed the route to be entirely step free and and with no need to go over grass or soft terrain.

Is the game difficult?

No. The game has been designed to be accessible and fun for as wide a range of people as possible. We want you to have a good time, and not stuck, frustrated with a seemingly unsolvable problem.

How long does the game last?

1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your walking speed and puzzle solving abilities.

What happens if we get stuck on a puzzle or lost?

Special Officer A. Gent will be available to call at anytime during the game. Should you have any difficulties you'll be able to reach out to him for assistance.

Is the game suitable for children?

Yes! There is nothing graphic or violent in the game. However we do insist that children under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult throughout.

How does the Street Art Scavenger Hunt work?

At the start of the game, your children will each be given some images of street art that they can hunt for. As they find each one, they can write a short comment on what they think of the art. Please let us know in advance how many players on your team are children.

Maybe. Use the contact button below to e-mail us with the date and time that you want to begin, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How does the promotional offer work?

After you decipher the code word, enter it in to the Promo Code box when selecting your ticket. Only one Promo Code can be used per purchase. HINT: The first letter is E!

What happens if the weather is very bad?

If there is light rain the game will proceed as normal. If the forecast is due to be bad then you may reschedule your booking at no additional cost but you must notify us within 2 hours of the game start. We want you to have a good time, and walking around in heavy rain isn't going to achieve that.
