We are offering families a free information session to learn about resources while you are preparing to attend your first appointment at the hospital. Note: Please only register if you are waiting to have your first appointment at Holland Bloorview and are on the waitlist.
At this information session, families will learn about:
•What can I do while my child is on the waitlist?
•What other services in the community can I access?
•What other services at Holland Bloorview can I access?
•How can I get ready for our first appointment at Holland Bloorview?
•How can I help prepare my child for their first Holland Bloorview visit?
•How can I meet other parents or family members who might be in the same position as me?
•What are some tips from other parents or families who have been to appointments at Holland Bloorview?
•What are some tips from clinicians?
•What tools are available to help organize all of my child’s information?
**Please note that the Ronald McDonald Playroom may be an option for child care during this event on a walk in (not gauranteed) basis, however it is important to view the website or call to see if it is a fit for your child as there are some restrictions**
