Learn how easy it is to make fresh pasta! This hands-on cooking workshop will teach you how to make 2 kinds of pasta: fettuccine & ravioli. You will take pasta home to cook immediately or freeze and make later.
This workshop is designed to inspire fun, confidence and conversation. Questions about cooking, baking & nutrition are encouraged!
At the end of the workshop, attendees will go home with:
- A recipe book including all the recipes made that day
- Fresh pasta made in the class, ready to be cooked at home
This workshop takes place in a private kitchen, and is limited to 6 attendees. Harvest Table Nutrition is located on a beatiful apple orchard outside Thornbury, ON. More detailed instructions to find the location will be provided upon registration.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need will be provided for you; an apron and all the tools and ingredients we need. Please bring 1-2 containers to take home all the food you make.
All tickets are final sale. If you are unable to make it, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. People showing symptoms of illness or have tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of the class are asked not to attend. Please send me an email to let me know of any changes.
The workshop will run approximately 2-2.5 hours, depending on the number of attendees and the amount of conversation that arises.
No, we will be using eggs and some dairy.
Unfortunately no. There are stairs to access the space.
