About this event

Every November, volunteers deck the halls at Pathways’ Murphy Rd location to transform the space into a festive holiday shop for all of the community’s children. For 20 years now, the Secret Santa Shoppe has welcomed little shoppers with brand-new, pre-wrapped gifts for everyone on their holiday shopping lists, gifts that children can purchase for their loved ones without breaking piggy banks. Volunteers (Santa’s elf helpers) help the tiny bargain hunters around the winter wonderland and the children can express their spirit of giving in this safe, fun, accessible environment.

The Secret Santa Shoppe will be opening its doors on Nov 15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 23 and 24, 2024. You can pre-register (10 shoppers per time slot) or walk-ins are also welcome (families with appointments will be served first). Please only register your shoppers, caregivers do not need to register for a spot. Each child will enjoy a 20 minute shopping experience with an elf helper, to choose the most special gifts for all on their list.

The Sarnia Sting will be joining us on Nov 19 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and will assist some children with their shopping! Please know that not every child booked on Sting Night will have a Sting player as a helper but they will be on-site and happy to pose for photos. Elsa will be visiting the shoppe on Nov 23 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm . Santa will pop by the shoppe to check on the elves throughout the event.

All staff and volunteers associated with Pathways Health Centre for Children are confirmed to be fully immunized against COVID-19 and safety measures are in place to protect the community as well as our volunteers.
