This time on earth is calling us loudly to BE and initiate the change we want to see. This calling is being felt deeply, stirring up life in ways we never thought possible and leading us inwards to inspire change. It is into the "self and soul" we must go so we can transform what the "out" will be.

Our circle is CALLING OUT to those saying PEACE OUT :


  • to perpetuating scarcity patterns
  • to feeling wildly overwhelmed with the daily tasks of life
  • always giving to others + shaming ourselves when we take time for ourselves
  • staying small in the familiar and comfortable
  • shrinking yourself to fit into the places you've outgrown
  • repeating the same patterns in relationships and feeling alone
  • old timelines that make us feel fearful, uncertain and dis-empowered


In this circle, we will gather and co-create a compassionate space for your frustrations, belief systems, cultural narratives, negative feedback loops and emotional armor to be seen, heard and felt. You will learn to surround them with your limitless inner peace and transform them into the change you want to see and be.


You will leave feeling:


  • more peaceful within yourself
  • more empowered
  • more sure of yourself and who you truly are


You will go back to your daily life with new clarity and newfound peace and patience for your work, family and relationships. Your outer world will begin reflecting the internal work you are doing and your awareness will be your greatest guide in navigating the life you want to live.


PEACE OUT circles are a multi-sensory experience including: EFT tapping, energy medicine, inner voice activations, sound/frequency healing, breathwork, fire ceremonies and resonant heart practices. We combine multiple healing modalities to make this circle rich in feeling and experience.


We are an inclusive, non-judgmental, trauma-aware space rooted in both science-based practices and soul work for feeling through this human experience with support, connection and ever-expanding consciousness.

Breathing Room is a quiet place that prepares you to meet yourself in your body to learn and practice Nervous System Awareness and Regulation, Functional Breathing and Somatic Practices. Our bodies hold the wisdom and the way to understanding and feeling our way through heavy feelings, anxiety and overwhelm. Using effective resources, transformational tools and trauma informed care you can expect to:

+ cultivate and restore your personal sense of safety

+ biologically upgrade your body

+ understand anxiety and overwhelm using your body to soften the frequency and intensity

Breathing Room offers personal sessions, group coaching and breathwork circles.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM BREATHWORK CIRCLES: These are powerfully charged and deeply releasing somatic experience. This monthly breathwork circle detaches us from our thoughts and pulls us deeply into our bodies for a cathartic experience in feeling our wholeness. It is time away from the place we’ve held for stress and into a space of exploration and deep work. Breathwork circles are a multi-sensory experience including rhythmic breathing sequences, breath holds, trypnaural sound healing and resonant heart practices. We combine breathwork with other healing modalities to make this circle rich in feeling and experience.

These circles are created to witness the power of Group Intention. This collective intention harnesses the power to heal both you and others simultaneously as we work together on the challenges we all face. Mood Medicine allows the time and devotion we need to deepen our work, our self-awareness and to witness ourselves in our full potential. These circles pull in collective themes and awaken the body to experience a shift in mood and higher states.

WHO SHOULD REFRAIN:

When to Avoid Breathwork:

Avoid breathwork practice if operating heavy machinery or driving. Never practice around water. If you have high blood pressure or any serious medical disease then please seek medical supervision from your health care provider(s) before participating. We cannot take liability for any harm caused.

Please note, for your benefit, we advise anyone with any condition listed below to refrain from our practices.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Breathwork and Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) is contraindicated in the case of:

Pregnancy

Acute somatic and viral diseases

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-I and COPD-III)

Chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation, or terminal illness

Individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency

Cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor

People with epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including IHT) is under direct medical supervision.

Any Heart Conditions including stroke, heart attack, pacemaker or arrhythmia

Glaucoma

Retinal detachment

Seizure disorders

Family history of aneurisms
