What is a packing party?
It's a party!🎉 We gather as a group to pack period products for menstruators that need them. Each pack includes enough period product for one menstrual cycle.

😷 We'll be working in a smaller space. Masks are recommended for all those who are able to wear them.
🎟 This event is FREE. Registration is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome!

About The Period Purse:
The Period Purse started in Toronto in 2017 as a grassroots project. We have been a registered charity since 2019- the first one to deal with period poverty in Canada.
Our mission is to create menstrual equity by ensuring sustainable access to period products for all, and by ending the stigma associated with periods through education and advocacy.
Our vision is for menstruation to be understood and treated with dignity, and for period products to be free for all.
This event has been made possible in part by Women and Gender Equality Canada.

The Society Clubhouse is barrier-free. The space is wheelchair-accessible space and has four gender-neutral washrooms with change rooms and a baby-changing station.
