Phone Bank for a Better Budget

Progress Toronto will be running campaigns for greater investments in important services in the 2025 budget. One way to win on these investments is for City Councillors to hear from their local constituents. We will be hosting phone banks to help thousands of people from across our city to take action.

Join Progress Toronto Organizer Francis Tersigni on Tuesday, Jan 28 to learn about the best practices for having important conversations over the phone that get others engaged in the budget process.

The first half of this workshop will be a training where you will become familiar with our online phone bank tool. For the second half of the workshop you will get a chance to put your new skills to practice and call people across our city. We will debrief after you make some calls!

For this online training you will need access to a computer and, if possible, headphones to make the calls.
